You can <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>change the<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> status <\/span><\/span><\/span>of a single event<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> or all events in a webhook to pause and restart sending <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>webhook <\/span><\/span><\/span>messages depending on your needs. This option is available both in the Caspio platform and through REST API for individual events or for all the events in a webhook.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The available statuses <\/span><\/span><\/span>for webhooks and events <\/span><\/span><\/span>are:<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  • Active<\/span><\/b> \u2013 m<\/span>essages are generated and sent to the outgoing URLs<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Inactive<\/span><\/b> \u2013 m<\/span>essages are not <\/span>processed at all.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    A webhook is active when at least one of its events is active.<\/p>

    Steps to activate or deactivate events<\/strong><\/p>

    1. In the left panel on the main screen, click <\/span>Integrations<\/b> and go to the Outgoing webhooks<\/b> tab<\/span>. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    2. In the list of webhooks, hover over a webhook that you want to edit, and then choose how you want to change the status of events:
      • To change the status of all the events for that webhook, click More <\/strong>and select one of the activation options:
        • If you want to activate all the events in this webhook configuration, select Activate<\/strong>.<\/li>
        • If you want to deactivate all the events in this webhook, select Deactivate<\/strong>, and then, in the confirmation dialog box, click Deactivate<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • To change the status of a single event, click Open<\/strong>. On the Events<\/strong> tab, hover over an event that you want to activate or deactivate, click More <\/strong>and select an action.<\/li><\/ul>

          You can also change the event status in the Edit<\/strong> event<\/strong> panel, by selecting or clearing the Active<\/strong> checkbox.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>
